Our Mission

Truth before tradition. Scripture before custom.

We exist to serve the Church by pursuing the truth of Scripture without fear or
denominational allegiance. Through rigorous, non-denominational research into
contemporary theology and ministry practice, we test what is preached and practiced
against what is written — stripping away tradition wherever it has clouded the gospel.

Where our research has focused

Every project shares one question: does this hold up against Scripture?

II.

Preaching in a Changing Age

How technology, culture, and ministry pressures are reshaping pastoral preparation and preaching.

III.

Faith & Public Life

IV.

Doctrine & Tradition

Tracing where church practice and inherited custom have drifted from the biblical text.

Since Before We Had a Name

Fifteen years of research, now given a home

The Institute is newly registered, but the research behind it is not. For fifteen years,
our work has followed Christian movements and ministry practice into places many were
reluctant to look — asking not what is popular, but what Scripture actually says.
